 There are 149 species of swans, geese, and ducks. They are found throughout the world, except for Antarctica, but live mostly in coastal regions. They range from 8 ounces to over 33 pounds and lay between 4 and 14 eggs. They eat a variety of plants and animals, including fish, mollusks, insects, crustaceans, and various vegetation.
