 Northern Helmeted Curassow
 Forty-four species of guans and curassows make the family Cracidae. They can be found in Southern North America, Central America, and South America. They range in size from about 1 pound to about 10 pounds. Guans and curassows eat primarily fruits, berries and seeds, but some eat small animals and insects.
