Family Rhacophoridae
 Golden Mantella
This family is composed of the Old World Tree frogs and can be found in India, Sri Lanka, China, Southeast Asia, Indonesia, Japan, the East Indes, and Madagascar. One species can be found in Africa. This family also includes some of the genus Mantella even though they are closer in appearance to family Ranidae. Most of the frogs and toads in this family are arboreal. They lay their eggs in foam nest in a tree and the tadpoles fall into the water as they hatch. The frogs in this family are generally larger than other frogs with flattened bodies. They also have webbed feet. One species uses gliding as its primary means of locomotion and uses the webbing on its feet to steer and control its descent.
